A UK consultancy with three practices, strategy, AI transformation and a product studio, that builds the things, physical and digital, that make the strategy real.

The homepage I redesigned with the CEO: "We think, we build, we deliver", three practices in one clear story.
Indigo Labs is a focused consultancy that moves freely across three practices on a single engagement: strategy for technology-led businesses, AI transformation for companies that need to become AI-native, and a product studio that ships software and hardware end-to-end.
As the UX designer, I led the full redesign of the website, working directly with the CEO to translate a deep, multi-practice offering into a clear, confident story. I implemented the brand identity across the site and built the design-system component library that keeps it consistent and quick to extend.
Fractional CTO, technology advisory and due diligence, strategic clarity that compounds.
Education, bespoke AI strategy and agentic engineers who build the actual systems.
An in-house studio: industrial design, hardware, firmware, apps and cloud, shipped, not slide-ware.

The AI Transformation practice page: "Become an AI-native company", with the shape of the work laid out.

The Products studio page: "Sketch to shipped, under one roof", carrying a distinct accent within one system.
Genie is one of Indigo Labs' own products, taken from idea to industrial design, hardware, firmware, calendar integrations, brand and a working pre-order site, entirely in-house. It's the clearest expression of the studio's "strategy that ships" ethos.
Designing the brand and narrative meant holding a tricky balance: a serious, credible consultancy on one hand, and a warm, desirable consumer object on the other, under one coherent identity.
